Education: I graduated from California Polytechnic University’s School of Architecture with a degree in Construction Engineering in 1979. Located in San Louis Obispo it was a great place to go to school. Experience: 1969 to 1975- Worked as a laborer and an equipment operator on various heavy construction projects throughout the US. 1975-1979- Attended college and worked summers in the construction trade. 1979-1992- Worked Heavy Civil jobs throughout the US including 2 projects in Alaska in various management positions including: Cost & Scheduling Engineer, Project Engineer, General Superintendent, Project Manager on jobs ranging from $1.5 million to $180 million. 1992- I started my Real Estate Career. 1992- Rookie of the Year 1995- Top 10 sales volume leader in the Spokane Association of Realtors I have 4 designations: CRS- Certified Residential Specialist GRI Graduate Realtor Institute ABR- Accredited Buyers Representative CSP- Certified New Construction Specialist Sales Person I have been a member of the Tomlinson’s Presidents Club every year since I started in Real Estate Sales. Hobbies: Water Skiing, Snow Skiing, Fast Cars, & Fishing Philanthropy: 1999-2003 On the board of directors of the Inland Northwest Chapter of MS 1998-2007 On the Divan for El Katif Shrine. 2003 became a voting member of the Board of Directors of El Katif Shrine. 2007 I was Potentate of El Katif Shriners. I am currently a member of the Greeters who volunteer at the Spokane Shriners Hospital to give tours etc. Am an active member of the South Spokane Shrine Club and the Moon Shriners Unit.
