I became a licensed Real Estate Consultant in February 2000 and was licensed as an Associate Broker in 2008. I have experience in many areas of real estate, including new construction, resale of existing homes, acreages and income properties. I have been actively involved in the start-up and marketing of new subdivisions, working with developers and builders to establish communities in varying price ranges. In addition to specializing in listing homes, I also have extensive experience with buyers, both in the resale market, and with custom build jobs. With the fast changes in the marketplace, education is critical, and I strive to achieve the highest level of education. I have accomplished my GRI, CRS, PMN, SFR and e-PRO designations. I believe that giving back is important, so I am very active in the real estate community. I served as the 2006 President for the Canyon County Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS and the 2009 President for the Idaho State Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS. I am now serving as 2010 President-Elect for the Nampa Association of REALTORS. I am on the Idaho Association of REALTOR's State Legislative Committee, and serve on numerous other Realtor Committees. I am a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and also serve on the Board of Directors for the God & Country Family Festival. Over the years I have consistently been a Top Producer and Honor Society Member, and was honored to be named the 2006 Realtor of the Year for the Nampa Association of REALTORS. I was equally honored to be named the 2008 Member of the Year and 2008 Business Woman of the Year for the Canyon County Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Consultant I spent many years working in the legal field as a Paralegal.
